Following the enthusiastic response to her feature on Q-Tip's critically acclaimed new album, The Renaissance, hip-hop chanteuse Amanda Diva will join the legendary MC onstage for the final leg of the 2K Sports Bounce Tour 2008. Headliner Q-Tip has invited the rising star to join the tour's bill--which also features The Cool Kids and Pacific Division--and perform their funk-soul duet "ManWomanBoogie" (listen here), a potential forthcoming single from The Renaissance. Amanda Diva and Q-Tip just wrapped shooting the music video for "ManWomanBoogie" (directed by Rik Cordero), their second collaboration in as many years. The artists first solidified their chemistry on "40 Emcees," a highlight from Diva's 2007 release, Life Experience. |
