| EMI will launch a consumer-oriented site this December. The new site will serve as a hub to connect fans in a 'if you like this artist, you might like this one' fashion. The distributor will stop short at selling downloads or becoming an ecommerce site. It will, however, allow fans to download free promotional material. EMI distributes Capitol, Virgin and Blue Note, among others. |
